By using the TribeOps SaaS service or running self-hosted copies of the software, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. License & Usage

Self-hosted license purchases provide you with the source code of TribeOps to run on your own infrastructure. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the software for your own marketplaces. You are prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or packaging the source code as a competing commercial product.

2. Sharetribe API Compliance

TribeOps connects to Sharetribe via standard APIs. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your usage of Sharetribe APIs complies with Sharetribe's terms of service. We are not liable for any account suspensions, rate-limiting blocks, or billing fees incurred from Sharetribe due to operations run via our platform.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Bulk data migrations and editing tools carry inherent risks of data modification. Ensure you perform backups or verify imports using Sharetribe's sandbox/test environments before updating live production databases.
