Privacy Policy

At TribeOps, we take the privacy of your operational data, Sharetribe API credentials, and marketplace information extremely seriously. This policy details how we collect, process, and protect your information.

1. Data Collection

We only collect information necessary to run the bulk import and edit operations on your behalf. This includes:

• API Access Keys: Encrypted Client IDs, secrets, and integration credentials you provide.
• Metadata Schema Configs: Your custom listing fields and settings mapping details.
• Usage Logs: Audit details showing executed actions, row numbers processed, and API request results.

2. Data Protection & Encryption

All sensitive authentication tokens and Sharetribe integration secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption before storing in the database. For self-hosted deployments, you maintain exclusive control of your database and encryption keys.

3. Data Deletion

You can purge your credentials, imported logs, or entire account mapping data from the Settings panel at any time. Deleted data is permanently removed from our active database buffers immediately.
