It's a powerful management dashboard that connects to your Sharetribe marketplace via API. It lets you bulk import listings from CSV, mass-edit content, manage users, sync with Zoho CRM, and automate operations — tasks that would take hours manually.
Our Managed SaaS runs on our servers — no setup, automatic updates, and we handle backups. The Self-Hosted option gives you the full source code to deploy on your own infrastructure (Docker, VPS, Railway). Both have identical features. SaaS is recommended for most users — it's the most convenient way to get started.
Credits are consumed by operations: importing a listing costs 5 credits, updating one costs 2, bulk actions cost 1 each. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets on the 1st. You can always purchase top-up credits if you need more. Unused credits don't roll over.
Yes. The Operations Hub works with any Sharetribe marketplace that uses the Integration API (Sharetribe Web). It connects via Client ID and Client Secret from your Sharetribe Console. Both live and test environments are supported.
Yes. Pro plans support up to 3 marketplace connections, and Business plans support unlimited. Each connection can be configured for live or test environment independently. Switch between them with a single click.
All API credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We never store credentials in plain text. For self-hosted users, you control your own encryption keys. Our SaaS platform runs on Railway with enterprise-grade security.
Laravel 10, PostgreSQL, Redis for queues, and Docker for deployment. The frontend uses Blade templates with vanilla JavaScript. The REST API uses Laravel Sanctum for authentication. It's designed to be lightweight and fast.
